LGBT Detroit, the city’s premier Black LGBTQ+ service provider for SE Michigan, is back with more kink and fetish community thrills for its Fifth Annual “Cold as Hell: Kinky, Sexy, Healthy” event. This year, the Cold as Hell (CAH) series is the marquee jewel of a multi-pronged health campaign. This winter counterpart to the agency’s decades-long “Hotter Than July” celebration promotes safer and positive queer sexuality among Black and Latinx LGBTQ+ individuals vulnerable to HIV, particularly those who enjoy “a little extra” in their mix. This year's featured hosts are Master S'ango of Baltimore, MD, Sir Apocalypse of Dallas, TX, Brown Bomber Bear of Detroit Michigan and BLK Widow of Detroit, MI.  This free series elevates the practices and experiences of Black and Brown individuals within the leather and fetish scenes while being broadly accessible.
